Phoebe and Eleni explore what it means to follow your intuition, and all that it can bring up, by sharing personal stories about following a gut feeling. Intuition never tells tall tales.

Show Notes:

  • How do we work with a gut feeling or an intuitive hit?
  • Phoebe shares a story about when intuition saved her life. She describes her feelings of powerlessness, of being “tested” by someone, of being clear on what she needed to do.
  • Eleni shares a story of following her gut with more subtle intuitive hits, and the various questions that it brought up for her.
  • What’s the difference between an obvious, in your face, intuitive experience and more subtle intuitive hits? The bottom line is the same: to create safety for ourselves and our loved ones even if it feels odd or out-of-sync with others.
  • As children, we often experience a lack of validation of our childhood truths or intuitive hits, resulting in second guessing or ignoring our intuition as adults.
  • Phoebe reflects on the silver lining of her experiences: it taught her how strong intuition is.
  • We explore how embracing and building your intuition is synonymous to building an intimate relationship with yourself.
  • How do you know if your mind is overruling your intuition?
  • There are many playful ways to cultivate your intuition.
  • How have you experienced following your intuition? What has it felt like, and what was the outcome?
