Phoebe and Eleni step into the new. They examine how to anchor a new way of being into day to day life through manifestation, somatic exploration, intentionality and self-observation.

  • Our internal shifts may be noticed by others as changes in our physical appearance.
  • Eleni offers insight from her somatic background. When we work gently with the body to change our external structure, a new perspective can open up to us.
  • Phoebe more easily integrates “the new” with self-observation, otherwise she can fall back into behavior or old stories that no longer define who she is.
  • We’re natural manifestors even when we’re unaware of what we’re manifesting. How we experience our manifestations show us if we manifested them with our ego-mind or our universal heart.
  • We accelerate change when we observe and let go of our old, worn out stories while also noticing the emerging new life-affirming way of being.
  • During our class, we’ll work individually and collectively with creative power and intentionality to see what new is showing up.
  • Truth changes. This idea helps us to be curious, to experiment, to let go of fear and welcome change.
  • A metaphor for understanding what it looks like to create change is how it feels when the fog lifts and the sun comes out. The colors are brighter and the air is clear.
