Phoebe and Eleni created a template for their Rooting Down, Expanding Out online course by accessing and translating symbols. They discuss symbols, how they appear to us and how to work with them. Length: 21:24

Notes

Symbols appear to us as portals, vortices, sacred geometry, emitting light and a vibration.

  • Phoebe and Eleni discuss their process of connecting with symbols to discover the template for their joint course. This process included: collaborating to create a symbol that held the energy of the course; connecting to the course’s symbol in a number of ways (including  journeying into it; physically stepping into the symbol and embodying it).
  • Symbols evolve and change like a living organism in this and other dimensions as different people relate with it and how they relate with it.
  • When you intentionally sit with a personal symbol you may begin to feel the multidimensionality of life.
  • Symbols may be or act as a hologram.
  • Our dreams are symbols. When we dream we are astral traveling; we’re connecting to different dimensions to bring symbolic information into our bodies and consciousness to better understand who we are.
  • Exercise: You’re invited to take 5 to 10 minutes to sit quietly with paper and pen with the intention to get clarity about something you want to birth. Sit feeling the desire to birth something or ask a question. Put marks or doodle on the paper. Doodling allows us to bypass the mind to get information from the core. Either post your paper on the wall and observe it daily or add to it daily. Remember connect the dots? When you’re finished you can connect the doodles to see what you’ve created from a different perspective.

“Change is the only constant.” Heraclitus, a Greek philosopher, (not Einstein) came up with this philosophical saying.

Here’s Sandra Ingerman’s definition of a journey: “The shamanic journey is the art of using rhythm and intention to enter an altered state of consciousness in order to connect with the spiritual dimension of reality.”
